Can my fiance (fiancee)'s K-1 visa be extended?

The K-1 Visa to enter US has a validity period of six months. Once in US, the K-1 status validity period is 90 days which means that once your fianc? (fianc?e) enters the U.S., you (the Petitioner) have to marry him/her within 90 days. If you don’t get married within 90 days or your fianc? (fianc?e) marries someone else, he/she must leave the United States.
